Six-Stage Underbench Reverse Osmosis with Remineralisation

Enjoy fresh-tasting drinking water from a dedicated kitchen tap with the Atlas Filtri Oasis DP Std. Designed to fit beneath the kitchen sink, this complete six-stage reverse osmosis system combines sediment and carbon filtration, an RO membrane, final carbon polishing and remineralisation. It produces up to 189 litres per day and includes a 16L pressure tank, a separate drinking water tap and an installation kit.

Key Features

  • Six-stage treatment: A coordinated filtration process addresses particles, unwanted tastes and odours, and dissolved contaminants.
  • Reverse osmosis purification: The membrane is designed to reduce contaminants including nitrate, fluoride, arsenic and salt. Actual reduction and output depend on feed-water quality, pressure and operating conditions.
  • Remineralisation: The final cartridge reintroduces minerals such as calcium and magnesium and is designed to increase pH.
  • Dedicated drinking tap: Supplied with a separate lead-free tap for convenient drinking water, tea and coffee.
  • Complete underbench kit: Includes required connections, installation kit and a 16L pressure tank.
  • Italian components: Built using exclusively Italian-made components.

The Six Filtration Stages

Stage 1: 5 Micron Sediment Filter

A melt-blown polypropylene sediment cartridge captures sediment, rust and fine particles, helping protect the downstream filtration stages. Typical replacement interval: 3–6 months. Maximum temperature: 45°C.

Stage 2: Granular Activated Carbon

Granular activated carbon reduces chlorine, unwanted tastes and odours, with treatment intended to reduce herbicides, pesticides and traces of heavy metals. Typical replacement interval: 3–6 months. Maximum temperature: 45°C.

Stage 3: 5 Micron Carbon Block

An activated carbon block provides additional sediment filtration and chlorine, taste and odour reduction. It also targets herbicides, pesticides and traces of heavy metals. Typical replacement interval: 3–6 months. Maximum temperature: 45°C.

Stage 4: Reverse Osmosis Membrane

Water pressure drives water through a semi-permeable membrane while rejected impurities are carried away to drain. This is the principal dissolved-contaminant reduction stage, targeting substances such as nitrate, fluoride, arsenic and salt. Expected membrane life under normal conditions: 2–4 years, depending on incoming pressure and water quality.

Stage 5: Carbon Post Filter

After membrane treatment and tank storage, a carbon post filter gives the water a final taste polish. Typical replacement interval: 3–6 months. Maximum temperature: 45°C.

Stage 6: Remineralising Cartridge

RO treatment also removes naturally occurring minerals. The final cartridge is designed to return calcium and magnesium to the water and increase pH. Typical replacement interval: 3–6 months. Maximum temperature: 45°C.

Includes

  • Oasis DP standard six-stage underbench RO unit
  • 16L pressure tank
  • Separate lead-free drinking water tap
  • Installation kit and required connections

Ideal For

  • Households wanting a dedicated source of filtered drinking water beneath the kitchen sink.
  • Improving drinking-water taste and the flavour of tea and coffee.
  • Applications requiring RO treatment for dissolved contaminants, subject to feed-water suitability.
  • Reducing reliance on single-use bottled drinking water.

Recyclable PET Filter Housings

The filter housings use highly recyclable PET plastic. Atlas Filtri proprietary injection-moulding process saves up to 60% of energy compared with standard plastics processing.

Operating and Maintenance Notes

Operate within the specified 3–8 bar pressure range, 4–45°C temperature range and maximum feed-water TDS of 1,000 ppm. Cartridge replacement intervals are indicative and depend on water quality and use. Contaminant reduction claims do not establish that every water source is suitable for drinking; assess the incoming water and follow the manufacturer's installation and maintenance instructions.
