Ordering & Shipping

How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our online store, or contact us by phone or email if you’d like advice before purchasing. For larger projects or custom requirements, we recommend getting in touch so we can provide a tailored quote.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer a flat rate of $20.00 for orders under $250, and free shipping NZ wide on orders $250 and over. Some large or special order items may incur additional freight charges — this will be noted on the product listing or advised at the time of order. How long will my order take to arrive?

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days for North Island addresses and 3–6 business days for South Island. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

Do you ship to rural addresses?

Yes, we ship NZ wide including rural addresses. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Can I pick up my order?

Do you supply products for rural and lifestyle block properties?

Yes. We work with rural, lifestyle, residential, equestrian, and commercial properties across Waikato and throughout New Zealand. We understand the specific demands of rural water systems and can recommend solutions built for NZ conditions.

Do you sell water tanks?

Yes, we supply water tanks and storage solutions for a range of applications. Contact us for sizing advice and pricing based on your requirements.

What water filtration systems do you supply?

We supply a range of water filtration and treatment systems including sediment filters, UV treatment, whole-house filtration, and more. We can recommend the right system based on your water source and quality requirements.

Do you supply irrigation systems?

Yes, irrigation design and installation is a major part of our business. We supply and install irrigation systems for lifestyle blocks, equestrian facilities, sports turf, landscaping, and large commercial projects. Contact us to discuss your irrigation requirements.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes. We provide full installation services for water systems, irrigation, pumps, filtration, and more. We are based in Cambridge and service Waikato and surrounding regions, as well as taking on larger projects throughout New Zealand.

Can you design an irrigation system for my property?

Yes, irrigation design is a core part of what we do. We take the time to understand your site, water supply, pressure, coverage needs, and future plans before recommending and designing the right system. Get in touch to discuss your project.

Do you offer servicing and maintenance?

Yes, we provide servicing and maintenance for water systems, pumps, filtration, and irrigation. We also offer tank cleaning and water testing services.

Do you do water testing?

Yes, we offer water testing and diagnostics to help identify water quality issues and recommend the right treatment solution.

Returns & Warranty

What is your returns policy?

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days on standard stock items, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping and restocking fees apply. Please contact us before returning any item. See our full Returns Policy for details.

What warranty do your products carry?

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Our installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months. See our Warranty page for full details.

What are my rights if a product is faulty?

You are protected under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
