2. Products and Services

We supply water storage, filtration, pump, and irrigation products and services for residential, rural, lifestyle, equestrian, and commercial properties. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of purchase or as stated on your invoice.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with our invoice terms.

4. Orders and Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote, purchase order, or written acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order if products become unavailable or if an error has occurred in pricing or description.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.
Delivery charges may apply and will be advised at the time of order.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, supplier issues, or weather events.

6. Installation and Services

Installation services will be carried out by qualified personnel in a professional manner.
You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the site.
Any variations to agreed scope of work will be documented and may incur additional charges.
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues with your property or infrastructure unless specifically agreed in writing.

7. Consumer Guarantees Act

If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If you are purchasing for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to the extent permitted by law.

8. Warranty

Products supplied by us carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Our workmanship is warranted for a period of 12 months from the date of installation, subject to fair use and proper maintenance. Warranty claims must be made in writing and are subject to assessment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Water Tank Solutions Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
