We ship New Zealand wide. Below is a summary of our standard shipping rates and delivery information.

Please note: Free shipping does not apply to large, heavy, or special order items. Where additional freight charges apply, these will be clearly noted on the product listing or advised at the time of order.
Delivery Timeframes
Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the size of your order:
- North Island: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch
- South Island: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Rural addresses: may take an additional 1–2 business days
Timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier network disruptions outside our control.
Large and Special Order Items
Some products — including large water tanks, bulk orders, and special order items — require freight quotes due to their size or weight. Where this applies, it will be noted on the product page or we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm freight costs before dispatch.
