Choosing a wastewater pump
A pump should be selected according to the actual wastewater application rather than simply choosing a high-flow or high-powered model.
Grinder pumps, vortex pumps and other wastewater pump designs each have different characteristics and applications. Pipework, discharge distance and vertical lift also affect the required pump duty.
